Hidden Gifts
You have a story and your story is unique. You are also a story in the making. You are a novel being written and you never know what the next chapter is going to be. We have all overcome adversities and difficulties in our lives, all of us have experienced physical emotional and mental pain. That difficulty, that pain, that adversity, with which you have dealt, because of the experience, you are a little bit stronger now, maybe a little bit wiser, and maybe have a little more compassion and perspective for having gone through those experiences. So we don’t have to pretend we like difficulties when they come, we need to keep that thread of attention that there are hidden gifts depending on how we respond to them. Look at the stories of Moses, Joseph, Simon Peter, for practical examples and invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
