The feeling of fear
Fear comes, peaks and abates. This is the normal fear pattern. When it sticks with you awhile you might call it worry. If you are facing longer lasting fear, hang with whatever sensations you are feeling do no try to stop the feelings, embrace them. The moment we can become curious of our fear it is no longer controlling us. You may well find a deeper level to your fear, perhaps something to do with being intrinsically human, we like to be loved, and feel significant. Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
