The glass ceiling
A glass ceiling is a political term used to describe “the unseen, yet unbreachable barrier that keeps minorities and women from rising to the upper rungs of the corporate ladder, regardless of their qualifications or achievements.Where have we installed a glass ceiling above our heads? How have we limited ourselves without realising it? The Apostle John says “Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ (who breaks the glass ceiling) and his church.
