Passion for life
The original definition of the word adventure was ‘something about to happen’ as in ‘advent celebrating the coming of Christ’, a sense of anticipation prospect of new growth and new birth. Our opting for comfort and security over passion will not compensate us as we don’t just crave safety, we crave adventure and the excitement, novelty, discovery adrenaline rush and reverence. We need life to be unpredictable and full of surprises, as we like to feel alive! Passion comes from a word to suffer as in the passion of the Christ. God calls us to abundant living. Help someone to explore their passion by inviting someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
