There is no situation that is inherently stressful. What creates stress is how we think about the situations that we find ourselves in. Stress is really how our body reacts to any situation that we interpret as overwhelming or stressful. We can say he or she is making me stressful, but it is not true and there is so much hope if you know that we create it. It comes from three core beliefs, whether we are pleasing everybody, how we are performing, and also trying to control the outcomes. If I can control please or perform then I am okay.
