Agenda
As Church Leaders we have to be careful that the congregational members that God has given us are not being used. We don’t use people to do mission, they are the mission. Are we using people for our own agenda? Our own need to grow the church numerically? The people God has given us, are being prompted to grow and be conformed into the likeness of the person God wanted them to be. One of the methods for God’s agenda of conformation is the invitation to mission. We leaders need to become as interested in what happens to the inviter as the invited person. The inviter is also on God’s agenda. Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
