The gift of criticism
Some criticism hurts whilst other criticism does not touch us at all. The criticism that stings the most is when we remember the word said for years whilst other criticism just bounce off. The criticism that goes in like an arrow and plants in and we can’t get it out is the criticism we already believe about ourselves. What is so fabulous is that the most painful criticism it becomes a gift because it shows us when we need to look inside and we we need a little healing inside. Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ (who came to heal the brokenhearted) and his church.
