Thinking

We have 80000 thoughts a day, ¬†98% of which we had the day before! Wherever we put our attention that part we strengthen, where attention goes energy flows. But we are told in the bible to take captive thoughts and make them obedient to Christ. Most people in the seminars tell me that they fear rejection and that is why they don’t invite their friends. On the surface this looks reasonable but it is not the reason we should not invite. I am going to give an example of how to take this thought captive and then make it obedient to Christ.

We are going to be afraid,

we might be rejected (I have now taken it captive),

“so what”, nothing can separate me from the love of God (thought now obedient to Christ).

Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
