Awkward
They might ask an awkward question, is a reason I often receive as to why we shouldn’t invite. We suddenly develop a scholar’s imagination as our minds run wild, as to the type of questions we might be asked. Probably about predestination, or the tribulation, and then we do the risk analysis in our heads and conclude it would be safer not to ask. Well the invitation might or might not result in an awkward question, but face the possibility and invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
