Touchpoints

In marketing a touchpoint (contact point, customer contact, Moment of Truth, point of contact) describes the interface of a product, service or brand with customers/users, non-customers, employees and other stakeholders, before, during and after a transaction. That might sound too business like for you, but before you dismiss it, how many opportunities do you give (or encourage your congregation to think about creating) other than your Sunday services for people to interact with members of your church? The early church opened their homes, in our generation there has been the creation of Messy Church, the establishing of Christians against Poverty. There are lots of ways to connect. Invite someone today to take a closer look at Christ and his church but be creative.
