The Truce
We don’t mention the war. A truce is an agreement between enemies or opponents to stop fighting or arguing for a certain time. Often there is a truce between us and our friends where God is concerned. Both sides agree not to mention the subject as it can be awkward as it was mentioned previously. There can be a pause in this area of our relationship. The solution is to connect back with God and ask how to resume the conversation with your friend and eventually invite them to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
