Fostering Courage
How does a fire-fighter steal themselves to enter a burning building? How does an anxious person pluck up the courage to introduce themselves to a stranger? The more we exercise our voice in invitation, the easier it becomes. The more a firefighter trains, practices and tackles fires the more automatic their courage becomes. The more people we talk to about Christ, the stronger we become in mission. To foster courage is to take a step towards your fear and then keep on moving towards it.
