Falling Down in Invitation
In play such as riding a bike or running, or playing football it is not unusual that small children when first learning these sports fall down and skin their knee. If mum or dad is close then they will immediately go crying to them for comfort. Plasters may be applied, but hugs and soothing words are said. Miracle of miracle often the child goes back to play! When you are trying something new or playing sometimes you get injured and you get hurt. Maybe we should learn from our children to go to our heavenly father for his soothing words and comfort. This is surely one of the best places we can be. In invitation there are times of hurt, when someone says something cruel or you get rejected but we know we can go to God.
