Keep going in invitation
I often get asked the question How do you keep going when you have all that rejection? (I get nine noes for every ten invites I offer. There is a simple answer to the question, here it is. How you keep going is by keeping going! In the base of the brain we have something called a Reticular Activating System. This is what peaks our awareness to act. Only three things can get through to our RAS, things we value, things that threaten us, things that surprise us. An invitation has incredible value, I am aware of the fear in my life but the miracle that God turns up in the midst of my fear and that’s why I am able to keep going.
