Inviting – Anxious for God
The anxious inviter thinks in the following manner “God might prompt me to invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church, but they might not like it, the service might put them off, or someone in our fellowship might say something stupid to them. I might put them off by not being a perfect Christian.” But we are told by Peter “to cast all our anxieties on him because he cares for you.” He not only cares for you but he cares for your invited guest. As the Australians say “No worries mate”. Invite someone today to take a closer look at Christ and his church and leave the anxieties and worries to God!
