Encountering God in invitation
Jacob after his encounter with the angel at Jabbock walked with a limp which was a trophy of his wrestling with God. Leaders become leaders in part because they are willing to wrestle with who they are, who they want to become, and how they can overcome some deficit in their own lives. I have struggled with rejection from birth, but God is healing my heart, and is doing so by having me lead a movement which deals with rejection.
