Invitational Nutrients
Trees don’t retain their leaves forever they drop their leaves, and those leaves decay and provide nutrients for the soil which feeds other trees. We are so blessed by the example of other Christians who have left behind their thoughts on how God has worked in their lives. These thoughts can feed us in our own spiritual journey. We have so many examples of missionaries who have left home to take the message of good news to the far-flung corners of the earth. Some of them have lost their lives as a result of their sacrifice. So not only are we blessed by the nutrients from Bible writers but we are blessed by the nutrients from those who have gone before and tried to lives their lives for Christ by sharing with others.
