The silent gifts of our beautiful world
Look at a tomato no look more deeply at it and you will see how blessed we are. One tomato that you buy at the supermarket, if you look deeply you don’t just see a tomato, you see the seed, the earth and minerals in which it grew. You see the sun and the rain and you see how all of those things went into creating that tomato plant. Of course there are other things, then you will see the farmers who grew that tomato plant and picked it and the merchants that sold it and the people who connected the two. The roads that they drove on, the trucks that transported it. Who built the roads, who built the trucks, who built the parts that became part of the trucks? These silent gifts of our beautiful world.
