Deep Practice
There are three zones the comfort, stretch, and snap zone. We need to play in the stretch zone. Scientists have found that struggle is not an option it is a biological requirement. In fact we see an example of the stretch zone when we have strength training. You overload yourself with weight you cannot yet handle. The body overcompensates so that you build muscle for the next time. Jesus seemed to always have his disciples in the stretch zone.
