Developing Character Strengths
We protect our Christians congregations from real challenge, but moderate amounts of adversity are a great learning tool. Character strengths are built from failure, trying something failing and realising that it is not the end of the world, and trying again. We can get completely derailed if we have not had a chance of learning from failure. Risk the possibility of failure and invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
