Comfortable being uncomfortable
We fear the mysterious, the problematic, the dangerous, and the not yet experienced and therefore many of us stop growing emotionally at an early age. We then live behind a self imposed grid and we only let through that which we agree with. So we became blocked with boundaries so that we can’t encounter something that might change us. Jesus led a different life. Jesus ate with sinners, prostitutes, lepers, tax collectors he was comfortable with the uncomfortable, Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
