First Love yourself
So many of us function below our potential, because sometimes a single failure convinces us that we can’t succeed and we believe it. Once we become convinced about something, it is difficult to change our minds. We need to fight feelings of helplessness. When we get rejected we need to treat ourselves with compassion, we need to love ourselves. As Jesus said we need to love our neighbour “as we love ourselves.” I take from that statement that we must love ourselves first, in order to love others. Invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
