Emotions for future planning
Antonio Damasio who is a Professor in the area of neuroscience and neuro-biology at the University of Southern California says where opportunity is concerned “the emotions are going to make sure at some level (you know that) it is there and that you are going to act on it. The emotions have a way of modelling what you are going to do next. We can he says use “emotions for future planning.” Fear is one of those emotions that shows us what we can do next.
