Stronger
The persecuted church at different times in history has seen numerical growth, and the reason is just like our immune system what didn’t kill them served to make them stronger. When you are persecuted it takes away from the church those people who don’t want to stand for Christ. Those who remain and face the possibility of suffering and death, grow stronger. Face the possibility of rejection and ridicule today and invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and the church and you gain the possibility of strengthening your own relationship with Christ.
