Succeed or else!
From an early age we are taught that we are nothing if we don’t succeed. Exams in schools generally gave only one right answer and we were conditioned to make sure we got the answer right. So bring this cultural thinking into the church and you see the problem it presents when we go into mission. We need to be aware of this unhelpful conditioning and not be afraid to fail. It is through trying and failing that we learn. Invite someone today to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
