Invitational Exam
Imagine having to stand up every week on a stage in front of your family friends strangers and people who don’t particularly like you. It can feel like a weekly oral exam. This is one of the reasons that church leaders don’t want to add a further judgement to the normal weekly judgement by adding the possibility that congregation members will not invite their friends and family to a invitational event and their ministry will be downgraded. Fear of further judgement with a measurable result at the end of it is too much for some church leaders! Support your church leader and invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
