Invitation to a Mary not a Martha life
God is calling us through invitation not to a Martha life of worry and distraction over many things, but a Mary life in which there is need of only one thing to sit and listen and act as instructed by God. I am fascinated not in activity but in prompted activity. Now the only way we can get the prompting is to be attentive. But we can so often be distracted by worries and distractions, that we fail to hear God’s voice. Be prompted by God today and then invite someone to take a closer look at Christ and his church.
