The Invitational Coma Get well soon
I sometimes meet Pastors who have the most “successful church in their area”. Their church has grown and they have become the it church and those Pastor’s take on an Ambassadorial figurehead role. I would suggest they are in a success coma. Success can sometimes put us into a self-induced coma. You not really doing anymore what you did in order to get to that position. But you might go on tours to tell people what to do, but you yourself are no longer taking your own advice. If you are reading this, “You are meant for more than that”. Remember what it was like at the beginning, rediscover your drive for Christ. Regain your energy, your excitement, your focus, and lead your people to greater heights of inviting people to take a closer look at Christ and His church.
