Invitation is about personal transformation. Stage one is to help the blind person see, and we do this, by inviting, also with our skill of sharing, and with our stories of what God has done in our lives. In this stage we help people take the cataracts off their eyes. In stage Two we help people go from being fearful to fearless, from anxiety and worry to overcoming fear. We might do this by getting them to invite their friends. In stage Three we help the dependent person become independent. They are able to stand on their own two feet and go on and disciple others.
