To get under the bonnet of mission
I think from time to time we need to get under the bonnet of mission and try to work out how it is meant to work. We need and have always needed to teach people how to invite this is the engine that fuels mission. Jesus said “follow me” “come and see”. We need to teach people how to present their story or share the story of someone they know who has been transformed. This might be the oil that lubricates the engine. We need to teach people how to disciple repeating step one inviting and step two sharing, this we might call the accelerator. Start the engine of mission today by inviting.
