Making the time to Invite
What have John Wesley, Billy Graham, DL Moody, St Francis of Assisi and ourselves all got in common? The answer – We all have 24 hours a day. It seems that these heroes of faith didn’t manufacturer any more time that we have today. So they must have been masters of time management. They knew what to say yes to, and what to say no to! I am sure you have found a unique way of spending each minute of everyday. But perhaps we at times major in minor things. For example, your computer inbox is full of other people’s agendas, yet we can spend hours a day answering emails and living our lives in reaction to others. We need to set our own priorities and then action them. Make inviting a priority in your life and invite someone today to take a closer look at Christ and His church.
